Problem
Two talented Peruvian entrepreneurs in North Carolina were creating exclusive, handcrafted custom-design wood pieces, but their sales process was manual and disorganized. They had no structured digital system to profile high-value prospects, quote custom projects, or book showroom visits, which resulted in lost opportunities and hours spent on administrative tasks.
Actions
We built an Advanced Prospecting Engine: a lead-capture architecture with smart forms ("Get a Quote"), strategic incentives (a 10% coupon), and automatic showroom bookings. To top off the efficiency, we built them the KOWE HUB, a custom Admin Dashboard.
Solution
Today they have full control over their prospects, metrics, and notifications in real time, without depending on a developer.
