Problem

Erbessd Instruments ran on infrastructure fragmented across several systems: a site with visual and checkout errors, inaccurate shipping calculations that eroded trust with international customers, a navigation menu that didn't scale globally, and a distributor page that required manual technical work every time a new country or city was added. On top of that, the site suffered outages, recurring technical conflicts, no reliable backups, and they had completely lost administrative access to their own server, unable to locate or touch their own main site.

Actions

Over two years we rebuilt the entire ecosystem: recovered their lost administrative access to the server; built a distributor portal as an interactive world map (organized by continent, country, and city, with a contact form that protects the distributor's direct data and anti-spam protection); migrated the store to Shopify with a clean, minimalist design, automatic international shipping calculations, and taxes configured by region; unified the main menu across the whole site, available in Spanish and English; and took over ongoing technical maintenance of servers, domains, security certificates, corporate email, and backups.

Solution

Today Erbessd Instruments has full control over its infrastructure and runs on a centralized, reliable ecosystem: distributors manage themselves without touching the design, the store calculates shipping and taxes accurately in any country, and the site no longer depends on emergency fixes.
